In 2011, Emmanuel Community Church in Walthamstow recognised the strong grassroots football culture within its community, with players already competing across various local teams and leagues. Out of this passion, the idea was born to create a team of our own.

Founded on the principle of “belong and believe”, the club set out to provide a space where Christians could share their faith through the game, welcoming friends, colleagues, and the wider community to connect on and off the pitch.

By the 2013/14 season, the team made history lifting both the IDCFL Cup and the IDCFL Premier League title.

Today, the Brotherhood lives on. Saturday mornings are dedicated to park football, but the vision remains the same: building friendships, faith, and a lasting sense of belonging through the beautiful game.
